Software License Agreement

This Software License Agreement ("License") governs your use of all browser-based software, HTML5 applications, creative tools, scripts, and plugins (the "Software") made available under SiC Audio, Visuals & Tools — a trade name under which Juan David Gómez Sicard, an individual creator based in Colombia, offers the Service — through davidsicardrock.com. It forms part of, and supplements, our Terms and Conditions; where this License doesn't address a point, the Terms and Conditions govern.

By accessing or using any Software on the Service, you agree to be bound by this License. If you don't agree, you must not use the Software.

You agree not to use the Software for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.

1. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All source code, algorithms, interfaces, designs, and related IP remain the exclusive property of Juan David Gómez Sicard. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

2. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this License and the Terms and Conditions, you're granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for its intended purpose — lawful personal or commercial creative work. This grants use only, not ownership of any underlying IP.

3. Restrictions
Except as expressly permitted here or required by law, you may not:
copy, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or sell the Software or any portion of it;
modify, adapt, or create derivative works from it;
reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover its source code, algorithms, or internal logic;
remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or attribution notices;
bypass technical protection measures;
use the Software to develop or train a competing product by copying its protected elements;
embed or repackage the Software within another site, app, or product without our prior written permission;
misrepresent the Software's origin or authorship.

4. Browser Delivery
Code transmitted to your browser to enable functionality is delivered temporarily and solely to operate the Service. This does not transfer ownership, grant access beyond what's technically necessary for execution, or authorize copying, redistribution, or reuse.

5. Automated Access & Security
You may not access the Software via bots, scrapers, or automated tools without our written authorization, or attempt to probe, exploit, or compromise its security. Violations may result in immediate termination and, where appropriate, be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Updates
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time without notice, and are under no obligation to keep supporting any prior version.

7. Open-Source Components
Where the Software includes open-source components, those remain subject to their own licenses, which take precedence over this Agreement for those components only.

8. Warranties, Liability & Termination
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability for the Software is governed by, and limited to the same extent as, Sections 13–14 of the Terms and Conditions. We may suspend or terminate this License immediately if we reasonably believe you've violated it or the Terms and Conditions; upon termination, you must stop all use of the Software.

9. Governing Law
This License is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision is interpreted, where possible, to preserve its original intent.

12. Acceptance
BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY SOFTWARE, TOOL, OR HTML5 APPLICATION ON THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.
