SiC Gaming — Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SiC Gaming, the games division under the trade name SiC Gaming, offered by Juan David Gómez Sicard, an individual creator based in Colombia. These Terms govern your access to browser-based games and interactive content (the "Games") on davidsicardrock.com, and work alongside our general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Software License Agreement — which also apply. Where these Terms speak specifically to Games, they take priority on that point.

By loading, launching, or playing any Game, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, just don't press play.

1. Scope
Applies to all titles published under the SiC Gaming.

2. No Downloads, No Data Collection
Games run entirely in your browser — nothing to install. Playing doesn't require an account, and we don't collect personal information through gameplay itself. General site analytics via Wix are covered under our Privacy Policy, not by gameplay.

3. Local Saves & Progress
Where a Game saves progress, unlockables, or high scores, that data lives locally in your own browser — never uploaded to or recoverable from our servers. Clearing browser data, switching devices, or using private/incognito mode can permanently erase it. Backing up your progress, where a Game allows it, is your responsibility; we're not liable for any lost saves.

4. Games Can Change
We may update, rebalance, disable, or retire any Game or feature at any time without notice, and aren't obligated to keep any version available indefinitely.

5. Ownership
All Games are the exclusive property of Juan David Gómez Sicard. Playing a Game grants permission to play it, nothing more; copying, cloning, or creating derivative works requires prior written permission.

6. Streaming & Content Creation
You're free to record, stream, clip, and post your own gameplay footage on any platform, including monetized content, without asking first. This covers footage of your own playthrough only — it doesn't extend to ripping assets, code for use outside gameplay footage. A shoutout is appreciated but not required.

7. Fair Play
You agree not to: use cheats, bots, or scripts to manipulate a Game outside its intended mechanics; hack or exploit a Game's code; extract or rip assets/code for use outside gameplay footage; impersonate SiC Gaming or falsely claim authorship; or use a Game to harass or harm others.

8. Audience
Games are intended for a general audience; some may include mild fantasy themes or stylized action. Specific content notes, where relevant, appear on each game's own page.

9. Warranties & Liability
Games are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with no guarantee of being bug-free, always available, or compatible with every browser/device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of a Game, including lost save data or technical issues — your use is entirely at your own risk.

10. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time; the new version takes effect upon publication, and continuing to play means you accept the changes.

BY LOADING, LAUNCHING, OR PLAYING ANY SIC GAMING TITLE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT PLAY.
